<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor superior in photoelectric conversion efficiency, a method for manufacturing the semiconductor and a solar cell. SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 is a so-called dry solar cell, and it comprises a substrate 2, a first electrode 3 placed on the upper surface of the substrate 2, a film-like semiconductor 4 placed on the upper surface of the first electrode 3, and a second electrode 5 on the upper surface of the semiconductor 4, and a Schottky barrier on the boundary between the second semiconductor 5 and semiconductor 4. The semiconductor 4 is made mainly of titanium oxide. It is formed into the film-like semiconductor 4 by coating a semiconductor material made mainly of titanium oxide. The thickness of the semiconductor 4 is preferably 0.1 to 300μm. In the solar cell 1, when assuming that its photoelectric conversion efficiency is R90 and R50 when the incident angles of the light to the semiconductor 4 are 90 degrees and 52 degrees respectively, R52/R90 is preferably 0.8 or more.</p> |
