<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary induction electrical apparatus which is highly resistant to a short-circuit mechanical force. SOLUTION: Secondary windings 4a and 4b are arranged on the outer periphery of an iron core 20 via a secondary winding bobbin 12 made of resin, and a primary winding 10 is arranged on an outer periphery of a secondary winding 4b via a primary winding bobbin 13 made of resin. A center S2 of the secondary windings 4a and 4b is shifted in the coil-winding axis direction, from a center S1 of the coil-winding axis direction of the primary winding 10. The resin-made secondary and primary winding bobbins 12 and 13 are fixed, so as not to be shifted in the coil-winding axis direction.</p> |
