PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing burden imposed on a cabin inside checkup by executing the cabin inside collation at a necessary minimum. SOLUTION: A vehicle is mounted with a security ECU 11 for constituting an electronic key system, and this security ECU 11 is connected with transmitters 20 and 21 and a receiver 22 for executing bidirectional radiocommunication with an electronic key 23 proper to every vehicle. The security ECU 11 executes the cabin inside checkup whether or not the electronic key 23 exists in a cabin and the key is normal by a return signal received from the electronic key 23 when a prescribed executing condition is realized. In this cabin inside collation, when the result is normal, a history of collation OK is stored in a memory 14. The security ECU 11 confirms a collation history in the memory 14 just before executing the cabin inside collation, and judges that the collation is normal by the history when the history of the checkup OK is stored.
