PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic-hydraulic speed adjusting mechanism capable of controlling moving speed of an object such as a finger of a mechanical turnup molding machine with high accuracy and without being affected by disturbance. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with an oil amount adjusting mechanism 9 for supplying air to a left chamber 8a of a cylinder 8 for moving the finger 7, filling oil in a right chamber 8b and controlling moving speed of the finger 7 by controlling outflow amount to a chamber 11 of the oil. The oil amount adjusting mechanism 9 is provided with a cylinder 13 constituted by sectioning the chamber 11 by a piston 12, a ball screw 15 which is supported so as to be movable on a shaft by a nut part 14 of the cylinder 13 and is attachable/detachable to/from a back face of the piston 12, a servo motor 16 as a regulating means for regulating moving amount of the ball screw 15, a contact sensor 17 installed at a tip of the ball screw 15 and a controller 18 for controlling the servo motor 16 based on a signal from the contact sensor 17.
