PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double room air conditioner wherein it is capable of simultaneous air conditioning for two rooms with only one system of construction without deteriorating the strength of a partition wall upon air conditioning for the two rooms with one air conditioner. SOLUTION: In a double room air conditioner, a first room fan 6, a second room fan 9, and one heat exchanger 5 are provided for heating, drying, and air feeding to a bathroom 1. An entrance side damper 21 and an exit side damper 22 are changed over to positions of a, a'. When heating, drying, and air feeding for a clothing room 2 are performed, the entrance side damper 21 and the exit side damper 22 are changed over to positions of b, b'. Further, when heating, drying, and air feeding for both rooms are simultaneously performed, the entrance side damper 21 and the exit side damper 22 are exchanged over to positions of c, c'.
