PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling medium compressor solving a problem that a piston is easily vibrated in a rotation direction making a piston pin as a center and sliding with a cylinder is not smoothed to be fear of an increase of an abrasion since a piston skirt part at a rotation shaft side from a piston pin insertion part is projected from the cylinder in an oil-feed system in which a refrigeration machine oil is sprinkled from an upper end of an eccentric part of a conventional rotation shaft to a compressor part. SOLUTION: Through holes continuously provided from a pin boss part to a hollow part of the piston pin are provided at a rotation shaft side of the pin boss part of the piston positioned at upper and lower sides of a connecting rod. A spring pin for fixing the piston pin and the pin boss part is press-fitted to the through hole at a lower side. Thereby, even in a structure that the piston skirt part is not removed from the cylinder, an oil-feed passage to the piston pin can be easily constituted and it becomes possible that a sliding part of the piston pin and a small wheel part of the connecting rod is lubricated.
