PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header unit used for both cooling and heating capable of partly commonly using at least a heating medium fluid circulating circuit, a supply control means and an electrical control system of a floor heating unit and cooling unit arranged in respective rooms. SOLUTION: The header unit 2 comprises a floor embedding piping 10 capable of circulating a heating medium fluid, a supply header hr for supplying the fluid to the piping, and a circulating header hr for receiving the fluid circulating through the piping. The supply header communicates with a supply main tube S of the fluid for supplying the fluid, and the circulating header communicates with a circulating main tube R of the fluid for circulating the fluid. A chilled water supply tube 40 capable of supplying the fluid to the cooling unit 4 is connected to the supply header. The header unit further comprises a switching control valve 60 for controlling to switch the circulation of the fluid to the embedding piping or the cooling unit, and a switching control means 30 for controlling the switching position of the valve. The valve switches the circulation of the fluid to the embedding piping or the cooling unit according to the switching control of the control means. |
