PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make wiring for the internal connection related to an on-vehicle device in which a navigation device and an audio equipment are integrated. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device is provided where a deck 4 for a CD and the like, a navigation board 3, and an audio board 2 are housed and fixed in an equipment main body 1 while a front panel 6 and a display 8 are provided on the front surface of the equipment main body 1, with a rear surface panel 7 provided on the rear surface. The gaps between the equipment main body 1 and the navigation board 3 and between the main body 1 and the audio board 2 in the side-surface direction of the equipment main body 1 are used as a wiring area for internal connection. Flexible cables 51 and 52 are used electric connection between the deck 4 for a CD and the like, the navigation board 3, and the audio board.
