PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a radiator of an electronic component, simplify the structure and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The radiator of an electronic component is composed of a radiation fin 10 formed by bending a metal plate in rectangular corrugations, and a radiation fin support base 11 having many parallel fitting trenches 11a with specified intervals on a plane. Bends 10a of the fin 10 are fitted into the trenches 11a of the base 11, having broader bottoms 11a' than the bends 10a, and expanded in the width direction in the bottoms 11a' of the trenches 11a, thereby fitting and fixing them.
