PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quickly the moving process of a cursor at the time of editing picture information on multiple screens consisting of respective screens of plural external display devices. SOLUTION: This controller has connection parts connecting electrically external display devices added with ID (identification data) and is constituted of plural external display control parts controlling individually the plural external display devices via the connection parts, an input part inputting picture information to be outputted to respective screens of the plural external display devices and editing instruction information for editing picture information, a picture storage part storing the inputted picture information outputtably to respective display devices via connection parts of respective external display control parts, a setting screen display part displaying a setting screen for setting the ID of the external display device being the moving destination of a cursor and the cursor position of its screen at the time of editing picture information displayed on respective screens of the external display devices and a cursor control part moving directly the cursor displayed on a certain screen at the present time to the cursor position of the screen of the external display device having the set ID.
