PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article-loading device which is simple in structure, can be dealt with downsizing and can surely prevent excessive tilting of a tilting base, even at a position where a tilting angle is large, when the tilting base is tilted. SOLUTION: This article-loading device includes a base 1, the tilting base 2 for article loading which is tiltable by turning around a central shaft O, mounted at the base 1 and first and second springs 3 and 4 which are respectively disposed on one side and the other side of the spaces divided by a plane which is inclusive of the central shaft O. The one-side ends of the first and second springs 3 and 4 are respectively turnably mounted at the prescribed positions of the tilting base 2 and their other-side ends are connected to the base 1, in such a manner that the axes of the springs 3 and 4 exist nearly perpendicular, when the tilting base 2 exists in a neutral position. These springs are so arranged that the straight line connecting the one end of the first spring 3 and the central shaft O and the straight line connecting the one end of the second spring 4 and the central shaft O intersect nearly orthogonally with each other.
