PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ferritic stainless steel having both characteristics of secondary processing brittleness resistance and high temperature fatigue characteristics at the same time in a weld zone. SOLUTION: In this ferritic stainless steel, Co, V and B are incorporated respectively in the ranges of 0.01 to 0.3 wt.% Co, 0.01 to 0.3 wt.% V and 0.0002 to 0.0050 wt.% B.
