PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating system capable of refrigerating an item by a method showing a less amount of consumption energy. SOLUTION: This duct type refrigerating system is constituted so that a heat exchanger 7 of a CO2 pipe 10 forming a freezing cycle is a heating means for heating water kept in a main body 1 of a hot water feeder; another heat exchanger 17 is a cooling means for cooling brine for use in storage medium 26; air cooled through heat exchanging with the storage medium 26 cooled under an operation of the freezing cycle is mixed with non-cooled air through a damper 29; and air adjusted to a predetermined temperature is supplied to a refrigerating box 30 through a duct 28 under an operation of a blower fan 30A.
