The invention disloses a new kind of polypeptide-HOMO zinc finger protein 18.04 and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as cancer, nervous system disease, hemopathy, dysgenopathy. Antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO zinc finger protein 18.04. |
