A system for providing a measure of quality in a work flow system is provided having a transaction database and means for devising a measure of quality from an indicator of a track record. In particular, the system provides an indication of the quality of translation work of foreign language translators by storing factors based on the satisfaction of users, qualification of the translator and other factors. |
