PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam exhaust unit to enable efficient exhausting of steam generated from a plurality of apparatuses contained in juxtaposition and different in height. SOLUTION: The steam exhaust unit to exhaust steam to the outside comprises a first steam inlet (3) to suck steam; a second steam inlet (4) provided in a level substantially different in height from that of the first steam outlet; an exhaust port (5) to discharge steam to the outside; a communication duct (6) provided between the first and second steam inlets and the exhaust port; and a fan motor (7) situated in the route of the communication duct.
