SOLUTION: The optical fiber cord 1 is guide-held in the fixed bend shape within a cylindrical guide main body part 10 bent in an arc shape. An attaching part 20 attachable to the body of an automobile or the like is integrally provided in the guide main body part 10, and the optical fiber cord 1 is laid by attaching the attaching part 20 to the body or the like.
