PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a worker by solving the troublesomeness of the replenishing/recovering work of banknotes and to improve a security property by preventing cash from being exposed to human eyes. SOLUTION: For banknote replenishment, a bill cassette 11 storing a fixed number of banknotes inside is set at an input/output port 2, the in the bill cassette are inserted into a device by a manual action, and the inserted bills are stored in storage chambers by species 7 and 8 based on the discrimination result by a discriminating section 5. For bill recovery, an empty cassette 11 is set at the input/output port 2, and the delivered from the storage chambers by species 7 and 8 are stored in the cassette 11. |
