PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit as an IC capable of generating small amount of unnecessary radiation and operate normally even when the clock frequency is heightened. SOLUTION: Thrusting pins 4 from peripheral part 2r of a package 2 incorporating integrated circuit elements has branch pins 4u, 4d that branch in each direction, which makes connecting an electronic part 5 like a decoupling capacitor possible and increases flexibility of connecting. Thus, it becomes possible to connect at the closest distance where small amount of unnecessary radiation is generated even when the clock frequency is heightened and to use the package itself effectively.
