PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a disk such as a mini disk by a force uniform back and forth and left and right without increasing the manufacturing cost of a device. SOLUTION: A disk loading mechanism 10 includes a disk clamping mechanism for clamping a mini disk 8 with a turntable 2 installed in a disk device. A holding mechanism 11 is provided for holding a disk. On both left and right sides of the holding mechanism 11, right and left cam groove portions 12b and 13b are provided so as to be extended back and forth, and inclined downward from front to back. A right rod 14 is slidably engaged with the right cam groove portion 12b. A left rod 15 is slidably engaged with the left cam groove portion 13b. Between the left and right sides of the left and right cam groove portions 12b and 13b, a tensile spring 16 is connected to the holding mechanism 11.
