PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk centering holder capable of accurately holding the centering of a thin perforated disk. SOLUTION: A leaf spring 16 is disposed between the tip 14b of each cramp pin 14 extruded in the radial outer peripheral side of a turntable 2 and the center hole inner peripheral surface of a perforated disk 3 loaded on a disk loading surface 5 such that a lower end part 16b is extended close to the disk loading surface 5, pressed by the clamp pin 14, and then pressed to the center hole inner peripheral surface of the disk 3. Thus, even the thin disk 3 having its upper end surface not reaching the height of the clamp pin tip 14b is accurately centered and held by being pressed with the clamp pin 14 through the leaf spring 16.
