PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive flag cloth which allows normal character recognition even from a rear side and has higher eye inductivity. SOLUTION: This flag comprises the flag cloth including first ring cloth and second ring cloth and spacing holding means for maintaining the spacings between the first ring cloth and the second ring cloth at a specified value or above at least at one point.
