PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To furthermore enhance the use efficiency of local disk resources of a client by referring to various CAD parts data and picture data, which are opened on Web by an application on the client. SOLUTION: The client connected to a network such the Internet is provided with a means 101 for inserting CAD parts data and picture data, which are displayed on a Web browser, into the application on the client by applying drug and drop or copy and paste to those data and a means 102 for obtaining URL where CAD parts data and picture data are opened together with CARD parts data and picture data, and information on the picture data and managing them as the attribute of picture data, and further with a means 103 for referring to the original Web page based on URL managed as the attribute of CAD parts data inserted into the CAD application.
