The invention discloses a new polypeptide- human big protein 9.13, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polynucleotide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various diseases, such as fetation abnormality, protein metabolism disorder, tumor disease, immune system disorder disease, etc. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses.
