PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rewritable optical write type recording material having superior record preservation property and with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The optical writing type recording material (100) is characterized by having at least barrier layers (20a, 20b), conductive layers (30a, 30b), a semiconductor layer (70), an electrochromic layer (80), a charge transfer layer (50) and a counter electrode layer (40) on a support body (10). The optical writing type recording material preferably comprises the barrier layers (20a, 20b) containing at least a kind of material selected from silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, germanium oxide and fluorine based polymer. |
