PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical compensation sheet, capable of optically compensating a liquid crystal cell and composed of a cellulose acetate film, a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device both using the same. SOLUTION: The cellulose acetate film containing cellulose acetate with 59.0-61.5% acetylation degree and 0.01-20 pts.mass aromatic compound with at least two aromatic rings per 100 pts.mass cellulose acetate, having 20-70 nm Re retardation value, 70-400 nm Rth retardation value and 55-75 mN/m surface energy of at least one surface, is used as the optical compensation sheet. |
