PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning of a plurality of magnetic sensors of which output changes in response to a target disposed on a rotating shaft and to detect a high precision torque without requiring much labor for assembling. SOLUTION: Input shaft 31 side magnetic sensors 1A and 1B and output shaft 32 side magnetic sensors 2A and 2B of which outputs change in response to passing of a plurality of targets 20, 20, etc., are arranged so that the sensors face to the outside of the respective targets 20, 20, etc., arranged in parallel on the circumference of an input shaft 31 and an output shaft 32 that are interconnected through a torsion bar 34. The sensors are stored in a common sensor box 1, and respective magnetic sensors 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B can be positioned in a lump by adjustment of a mounting position of the sensor box 1. |
