PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast device capable of making additional data used, without waiting time, when the broadcast of a program is started. SOLUTION: The broadcast device broadcast programs by multiplexing additional data, including information displayed on the same picture as a video with program data which includes data for video. Prescribed additional data (A with CM added is in figure) is repeatedly multiplexed and broadcast in a period (303+301 in the figure) from the time (6:12:40 in the figure), prior to the broadcast start time (6:13:00 in the figure) of corresponding program data (CMA in the figure) by a prescribed time to broadcast termination time (6:13:30 in the figure).
