PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing ratio control valve structure capable of precisely controlling a mixing ratio without being affected by pressure difference or pressure fluctuation on the primary side. SOLUTION: This mixing ratio control valve 10 is provided with a first valve chest 20, a second valve chest 30, a mixing chamber 40, a first poppet valve element 50 in which a diameter SD1 of a first seal part 53 in a first valve part 52 is roughly similar to a diaphragm middle diameter MD1 of a first diaphragm part 55, a second poppet valve element 60 in which a diameter SD2 of a second seal part 63 in a second valve part 62 is roughly similar to a diaphragm middle diameter MD2 of a second diaphragm part 65, a connection member 70 to couple the first poppet valve element 50 with the second poppet valve element 60, a first position setting means 80 to set the first poppet valve element 50 at a specified position, and a second position setting means 90 to hold the second poppet valve element 60 at a specified position.
