PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism certifying terminal communicable by radio transmission with a door side host device in a wristwatch type having a fingerprint input part, allowing an entrance into a room without contacting with the door side and requiring no door side fingerprint input device and a room entrance/leaving control system having high security performance using this terminal. SOLUTION: This room entrance/leaving control system is composed of a timepiece type organism certifying terminal 18 having the fingerprint input part 1, a setting input part 2, a display part 3, a control part 5, a storage part 6, a checkup part 7, a transmission part 8 and an antenna 9 and the door side host device 19 having an antenna 10, a reader-writer 11, a central control unit 12, a database 13, a checkup device 14, a fingerprint registering device 15, a data control terminal 16 and an electric lock 17. Fingerprint data read by the fingerprint input part 1 of the organism certifying terminal 18 is checked up with fingerprint information prerigistered in the storage part 6 by the checkup part 7, and only when the checkup result coincides, individual identification information registered in the storage part 6 is transmitted to the host device 19 side by radio transmission from the transmission part 8.
