SOLUTION: This supporting system for providing service to a purchaser perusing provided information to purchase the article is provided with a step for displaying, to the purchaser, service provision for inspecting or confirming the article, or receiving guarantee for the article, a step for receiving a service request indication from the purchaser by whom the display therein is perused, a step for inspecting or confirming the article after the indication is received, and a step for transmitting a content of the inspection or the confirmation hereinbefore, or a content of the guarantee to the purchaser. |
