PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a consultant with a reply within limitation for a consultation by a client. SOLUTION: A control server 11 as a consultant introducing base transmits consultation information received from a client terminal 13 via the Internet 14 to a consultant terminal 12a of the person in charge selected by the client. The server 11 transmits also reply information received from the consultant terminal 12a to the client terminal 13. When the person in charge selected by tide client is not able to reply within the limitation, the server 11 selects a sub-person in charge referring to attribute information and evaluation of the consultant, and the consultation information is transmitted to a consultant terminal 12c of the sub-person. The server 11 transmits reply information received from the consultant terminal 12c to the client terminal 13. |
