PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information registering and distributing system by using a network where the information effect which a Web advertisement has and the activity of information transmission which an electronic mail has are merged and a user and an information supplier can use an information rooted in a life area and having necessity and high freshness. SOLUTION: A WWW server 1 displays a member registration picture to a user terminal 3 desiring the acquirement of published information, urges it to enter a system, displays an information category including the life area, and urges it to register a filter condition. It displays the information supplier registration picture to an information supplier terminal 5 desiring the supply of published information, urges it to register published information, selects the published category including the filter condition, urges it to register the category and transmits published information adapted to the filter condition and the published category to the desired user terminal 3 by a Web mail in real time. |
