PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely carry out operation about service contract with each service institution and to list various services carried out in each service institution. SOLUTION: A service counter agent 2 standing between a user 1 and a service provider 3 is arranged so as to carry out a service contract procedure such as registration, alteration, or cancel of a service between the user 1 and the service provider 3 as a proxy for them. The user 1 can safely and surely make a contract for the service by requesting the service counter agent 2 to carry out the service contract procedure as a proxy. The service counter agent 2 can arrange and list the services provided by the service provider 3 so as to introduce more services to the user 1. |
