BUDGET MANAGING METHOD AND BUDGET MANAGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of moving budgets in and out of a department or between departments by a simple composition irrespective of the form of an organization. SOLUTION: A main system 12 related to a decision making organ of the organization determines a subject to be achieved and a responsible department for achieving the subject, and transmits the information to a sub system 14 controlling the responsible department. The main system 12 also allocates a budget to the subject and transmits information indicating the budget to the sub system 14. The information indicating the budget is transmitted only through a first budget storing part of the main system 12 and a second budget storing part of the sub system 14. Consequently, a budget is returned from the sub system 14 to the main system 12 by transmitting information from the second budget storing part to the first budget storing part.
