PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of cleaning of a filter by prolonging a clogging interval of the filter, and improve inconvenience. SOLUTION: There are provided an air intake port 2 at a proper position on a body 1 and a filter unit 3 mounted to cover the air intake port 2. The filter unit 3 has air suction surfaces 4, 5 on the surface side and on the back side. Hereby, an area of the air suction surface is increased to prolong a clogging interval of the filter.
