PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the fastening torque of a cap nut at a low level, and to prevent the shortage of the insertion of the soft resin pipe before a cap nut is fastened. SOLUTION: The soft resin pipe inserted into a sleeve of a joint body is fixed by contracting a chuck ring by fastening the cap nut. The chuck ring is formed by continuously forming a tip taper part and a horizontal part on its outer face. The cap nut has the inner shape similar to the outer shape of the chuck ring, and its inner diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the chuck ring.
