PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new space heating, cooling and drying device capable of cooling, heating and drying the inside of a room such as a bathroom as desired. SOLUTION: A space heating, cooling and drying device is equipped with an indoor unit main body 2, a space heating heat source machine 4 forming a heating medium and a space heating and cooling machine 6 forming the heating medium in the state of space heating operation and forming a cooling medium in the state of space cooling operation. The indoor unit main body 2 is provided with a circulating flow path 10 and a ventilating flow path 48, and a circulating fan 20 circulating the indoor air is arranged in the circulating flow path 10. Moreover, a ventilating fan 50 exhausting the indoor air outdoors is arranged in the ventilating flow path 48, and the first and second heat exchanging equipment 24 and 26 are arranged in the circulating flow path 10. The heating medium is circulated from the space heating heat source machine 4 through the first heat exchanger 24, and the heating or cooling medium from the space heating and cooling machine 6 is circulated through the second heat exchanger 26. |
