PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waterproof surface from swelling due to the deaeration of water content and the swelling of contained air between a perforated waterproof sheet and a waterproof substrate surface in a waterproofing construction method using the perforated waterproof sheet excellent in waterproof. SOLUTION: In the waterproofing construction method using the perforated waterproof sheet, the perforated waterproof sheet is laid on the waterproof substrate surface, an adhesive is applied to the hole section of the perforated waterproof sheet for the purpose of sticking only the peripheral section of the hole, and after that, a waterproof material is applied to a perforated waterproof sheet surface. In the deaeration method in the above waterproofing construction method, a hollow synthetic resin sheet formed with hollow holes consecutively crosswise is taken as a deaerating sheet, which is formed with a slit so as to be bent. One side of the bent deaerating sheet is stuck to the section between the waterproof substrate surface and the perforated waterproof sheet, and the other side thereof is fixed to a waterproofing application peripheral-edge rising part. The end of the fixed deaerating sheet is formed with the slit so as to be bent, and the bent section is fitted with a non-woven fabric and covered with a waterproof cap.
