PURPOSE: An air vent for motor vehicle is provided to achieve a smooth indoor air circulation, while improving convenience for drivers and reducing parts count and assembly procedures. CONSTITUTION: An air vent comprises an air vent wing(10), an air vent housing and a gear(40). The air vent wing includes a plurality of wings(12) arranged in a radial direction from a center portion(14) having a center hole and integrated to a circular edge portion(18). The air vent wing has a gear shaped portion(18a) arranged along the circumference of the circular edge portion. The air vent housing includes an inner housing and an outer cover. The inner housing is positioned at the rear of the air vent wing and has a support rod for fixation of a center shaft(30), such that the air vent wing is mounted by the center shaft passing through the center hole. The outer cover is coupled to the inner housing and positioned at the front of the air vent wing. The gear is a motor-driven type and engaged with the gear shaped portion of the air vent wing.
