SOLUTION: In the radiographic image processing unit provided with a laser diode array 11 to emit stimulating light 10, a cylindrical lens 12 to condense the stimulating light 10 at a stimulable phosphor sheet 13, lens arrays 15 and 15' to condense stimulated luminous light 14 emitted by the phosphor sheet 13 by radiating the stimulating light 10, stimulating light-cutting filters 16 and 16' arranged at the optical path of the stimulated luminous light 14 respectively passing through the lens arrays 15 and 15' and photodetectors 17 and 17' to detect the stimulated luminous light 14 transmitted through the filters 16 and 16', two kinds of reflection preventive film 15a and 15'a for the light of the wavelength area of the stimulating light are provided on the surfaces of the condensing lens arrays 15 and 15' on the incident side of the stimulated luminous light, and two kinds of reflection film 17a and 17'a for the light of the wavelength area of the stimulating light are provided on the incident side of the stimulated luminous light of the photodetectors 17 and 17'.
