PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize inserting force of a leg portion to a mounting hole without decreasing the area of an engaging surface of an engaging projecting portion provided on the leg portion in regard to the mounting hole. SOLUTION: The leg portion 2 is provided with the engaging projecting portion 22 forming a diameter expanding part 21 having a slightly large diameter than the diameter of the mounting hole H of a second member P2 at the leg portion 2, and a bending accept space S formed along a center axis x. By the bending accept space S, the leg portion 2 is elastically shrunken so as to insert the leg portion 2 in the mounting hole H over a position where the diameter expanding part 21 is provided, and the engaging projecting portion 22 is engaged with the mounting hole H by the elasticity of the leg portion 2 under the condition that the leg portion 2 is completely inserted in the mounting hole H, thereby installing the leg portion 2 to the second member P2. The engaging projecting portion 22 of the leg portion 2 has a top end surface 22c which is long in the center axis x direction.
