PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking tool capable of installing a net in a single operation with an extremely simple structure. SOLUTION: In this locking tool 10, a first hook 12 and a second hook 13 are arranged on both ends of an almost straight line-shaped rod 11. A hook- shaped bending part of the first hook 12 is formed in a plane at an almost right angle to the rod 11, and a hook-shaped bending part of the second hook 13 is formed in a plane at an almost right angle to the plane. The tip of the first hook 12 is inserted into the net N abutting to a front face of a vertical frame F, and after hooking the hook 12 on the net N by rotating the rod 11 in the arrow b direction, the second hook 13 is inserted between the net N and the vertical frame F, and is locked on the vertical frame F.
