PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing system with hot spring, with which dwellers in a multiple dwelling house in a town far from a hot spring resort can fully enjoy the hot spring everyday at home without having to go out to the hot spring resort and can also enjoy the effects of the hot spring to live a comfortable life. SOLUTION: The housing system comprises a hot spring pumping system for pumping up natural hot spring water from the wellhead and filtering it, a dwelling house supply system connected to the pumping system and divided into two for supplying the hot spring water to the multiple dwelling house, and a shared facility house supply system for supplying the hot spring water to a shared facility house. The ends of the header of the dwelling house supply system and the shared facility house supply system are connected to a return hot spring water recirculating pipe. Thus, the system also comprises a recirculation pipeline system for temporarily storing and heating the return hot spring water and for returning the hot spring water to an elevated tank of the dwelling house supply system and the shared facility house supply system.
