The card includes a polycarbonate mini-disc that is inserted into or enveloped by the injection molding and one side of the mini-disc has a protective cap. The mold and counter-mold includes at least 12 mold cavities that are 1.6 - 2.3 mm thick. Each cavity has gutters enabling good flow of the injected material. Injection takes 15 - 18 seconds.
