The hollow blade is provided with one or more openings (4), located in the front face (10) of the blade, to allow entry of the wind. It also has one or more openings (5) in the form of nozzles, in the rear face to allow exit. The total surface of the nozzle shaped exit holes is less than the total surface of the inlet holes, in order to create a pressure inside the blade, which generates a reaction to the output of the nozzles.
