PURPOSE: A process of preparing titled tea by mixing 8 kinds of main natural drugs as a main component and then grinding is provided. Whereby, the tea has an effect on reducing and eliminating eye fatigue or tiredness and gives refreshing feeling. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 8g chrysanthemum, 3g Lycium chinense, 3g Glycyrrhizae Radix, 1g Angelicae gigantis radix, 1g Cnidii Rhizoma, 1g Paeonia lactiflora, 1g Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium and 1g Peucedani Japonici Radix is steamed at 100deg.C for 20 min, dried at high temperature and ground after adding 1g Rehmanniae radix. The tea powder is packed in a 15 to 20g tea bag.
