PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediation system for distribution of technical information between an enterprise desiring technical information and a provider such as an enterprise and a university capable of providing desired information, or for distribution of technical information between a provider such as an enterprise and a university desiring to provide newly developed technology and an enterprise or the like desiring to purchase it. SOLUTION: A desired information registering means 4 registers the desired information from a contractor terminal 1 in a desired information database 14 using a home page or the like. A provided information registering means 5 registers provided information from the provider in a provided information database 15. A contractor certifying means 2 certifys a perusal requiring person referring to a contractor information database 17 by a user ID or the like, based on perusal requirement from a preliminarily contracted member. A desired information perusing means 7 retrives the desired information database 14 based on desired information reading-out information to transmit the corresponding desired information to contractor terminal 1, and a using situation is registered in a used information database 18. |
