PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounts receivable processing device, capable of not only saving revenue stamp charges or enhancing the efficiency of draft-issuing work by abolishment draft payment, but also quickly and precisely conforming to the need for making fund management slimmer and financial affairs of a delivery entrepreneur. SOLUTION: This device comprises a negotiable draft DB 20 for storing information an accounts receivable to be batch processed, a pre-date payment request accepting part 28 for receiving and storing the information for a pre-date payment desired amount and a payment desired date for the credit from the delivery entrepreneur, a fund management application part 31 for presenting the information of pre-date desired credit concerning the credit of a paying entrepreneur to the paying entrepreneur to accept a fund management application, and payment processing parts 33 and 34 for executing the pre-date payment, on the basis of the pre-date payment information and executing the date lump payment, on the basis of the balance information from which the pre-date payment amount is subtracted. |
