PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically emit light from various types of light emitting bodies by an electromotive force obtained by a wind force without requiring an external power supply. SOLUTION: Magnets 4 having N and S poles alternately disposed in the radial direction are fixed to a center shaft 3. A casing 5 rotated around the magnets and the center shaft is installed around the center shaft. A windmill means 10 rotating the casing by the wind applied thereto is fixed to the casing. Light emitting bodies 11 electrically emitting light are installed on the surface of the windmill means. An armature 6 having a coil wound on an iron core is stored in the casing. An electromotive force is generated by an electromagnetic induction action in the armature inside the casing rotated by the windmill means 10, and the light emitting bodies are lit by the electromotive force. |
